Description of the Job:
To join our team and sell new cars, we are looking for a highly driven and goal-oriented sales representative. In order to reach monthly and quarterly sales goals, the sales representative will be in charge of establishing and preserving connections with clients, showcasing the features and advantages of our new cars and closing deals.

Accountability:
Using efficient sales techniques, generate leads and turn prospects into clients. To highlight the characteristics and advantages of new cars, provide product demonstrations and test drives. To clinch deals and reach sales goals, haggle over terms of sale and pricing. After a sale, follow up with clients to make sure they are satisfied and to promote recommendations. Stay informed on new car models, features, and market trends. Adhere to the company’s sales policies and processes and keep correct customer records and sales reports.
Conditions:
Preferably, a track record of successful sales in the automotive sector. Excellent interpersonal, negotiating, and communication abilities. The capacity to operate in a fast-paced, goal-oriented setting. Knowledge of sales monitoring and CRM software. A current driver’s license and a spotless driving record. A high school degree or its equivalent is required; a college degree is desirable.

OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
A leading Online Auction platform in Motor Industry (Montague Gardens), is seeking an experienced Sales Enablement Associate.
CORE PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
In addition to providing the candidate with a personal experience of our business and SaaS-driven solutions, the Sales Enablement Associate’s main objective is to optimize operations, administrative procedures, and team productivity. By spotting possibilities and cultivating customer relationships, the Sales Enablement Associate will propel business growth. In order to align strategies with our business goals, this role entails working with stakeholders throughout the organization utilizing the proper learning tools and processes. For a self-starter who is enthusiastic about SaaS platforms and increasing business efficiency, this position at the nexus of operations, client engagement, and technology is ideal.

Validations: Driving efficiency by supporting validations during high-stakes auctions and managing workflows for the largest
clients.
- Settlements to Sellers: Ensuring timely payouts by collaborating with teams to process seller settlements once buyers’
- complete payment and collection.
- Buyer Collections: Proactively monitoring and resolving bottlenecks in buyer collections, addressing recurring issues with innovative solutions.
- NATIS Document Requests: Streamlining client requests for essential vehicle documents as needed.
- Vehicle Pre-loading: Uploading vehicle data onto the Auction Platform to ensure seamless operations and optimized client engagement.
- Transport Arrangements: Orchestrating vehicle transport logistics to provide frictionless service delivery.
- General Support: Acting as a strategic support resource for the Commercial and Operations Teams, stepping in where needed to enhance team outcomes.
- Client-Facing Opportunities: Building client rapport and confidence by actively participating in meetings, with a focus on professional development.
