REQUIREMENTS:
satisfactory completion of the Corrections Science Learnership and a relevant degree or national diploma in behavioral sciences. Seven (7) years of relevant experience working as a supervisor. computer-savvy. a current driver’s license. Proficiency with firearms and the application of pertinent security technology are competencies and attributes. Strategic leadership, policy creation, and effective communication abilities. strong program and project management abilities.
Conflict resolution, change, and transformation skills. abilities to manage stakeholders. analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities. Innovation in service delivery. DUTIES:
Conduct final audits, approvals, and reviews of project designs in accordance with design theory or principles. To guarantee a smooth integration with the current technology, coordinate design efforts and integration across disciplines. Provide the necessary structures, procedures, and resources to oversee the implementation of the project management plan. To guarantee optimal operational availability, set project standards, specifications, and service levels in accordance with the organization’s goals. To guide or reroute project services in order to achieve organizational goals, keep an eye on project management efficiencies. Assure the availability and administration of funds to fulfill the MTEF goals within the project’s services and environment.
Oversee the operation’s operational capital project portfolio to guarantee efficient resource allocation in line with organizational goals.

Create risk logs (databases) and handle major risks in accordance with organizational needs and good risk management practices. Offer technical advice for managing project risks.
Oversee and carry out knowledge-sharing programs, such as short-term assignments and secondments, both inside and between operations, to support individual growth plans, operational needs, and return on investment. To guarantee efficient knowledge management in accordance with departmental goals, keep a close eye on the sharing and safeguarding of information between operations and persons. In accordance with organizational objectives and requirements, oversee the discipline’s development, motivation, and use of human resources to guarantee a competent knowledge base for the ongoing success of project services.
