A nursing degree or national diploma is required. A SANC-accredited post-basic degree in Curative Skills in Primary Health Care that lasts at least a year. Currently registered as a professional nurse with the council. At least Minimum four years of suitable and identifiable nursing experience following SANC licensure as a Professional Nurse in General Nursing. computer-savvy. a current driver’s license. Competencies and Attributes: In a primary healthcare setting, exhibit knowledge of nursing legislation and associated legal and ethical nursing practices. Conduct a clinical nursing practice in compliance with the nursing standards and scope of practice established for a primary healthcare facility.
Encourage high-quality nursing care in accordance with the standards established for a primary healthcare facility and the professional scope of practice. Show that you have a basic understanding of finance and human resources regulations and procedures. Effectively communicate with patients, managers, and other medical professionals. When necessary, write reports. Participate in the multidisciplinary team to guarantee quality nursing care at the primary healthcare level.

DUTIES:
Promote preventative, curative, and rehabilitative treatments for offenders in order to deliver high-quality, all-encompassing primary health care. Conduct clinical nursing practice in compliance with primary healthcare nursing standards and the scope of practice. Examine offenders on a regular basis and treat minor illnesses in accordance with your area of practice. Provide administrative services, such as precise statistics for assessment and future planning. recognizing the necessity of financial planning and indirect cost control as a crucial component of organizing and planning, including the buying and management of medications and medical supplies. Create nursing care plans and make sure they are carried out. updating the records of offenders and taking part in audits of clinical records.
Provide a therapeutic and safe environment in accordance with the Nursing Occupational Health and Safety Act and any other relevant regulations. Oversee assets, finances, and human resources. administration of performance data.
